Abstract
The REPROMO Campaign implements the highly innovative 'RE market place' concept,
combining transfer of RE good practices, experiences from successful implementationsand the expertise of European financing structures.
The Campaign will also allow the creation of a platform for the debate of interested stakeholders about the further action advancement to stage these 'RE market places' on the occasion of major European RES events on PV Solar and Biomass energy in 2003/04.
Objectives
- To collect feasible RES (Renewable Energy Sources) action ideas from CEEC.
- To give the respective action initiators the opportunity to present their developed concepts to industrial manufacturers and financing institutes.
- To stage 'renewable energy market places' on the occasion of major European RES events.
- To provide the EU Commission with a framework in which to present its funding possibilities in respect to concrete action ideas.
Activities
- A series of RES good practices from CEEC will be presented to the
campaign's target groups. The good practices will be further disseminated in 3
brochures and on the internet.
- Two "RE Market Places" will be staged: initiators of new RES projects will get
the opportunity to present their project ideas to industry and financing decision makers.
- Seminars on in-depth information and "lessons learnt" will be organised.
- Several concrete RES actions in CEEC will be initiated, which will serve as
important milestones for the large-scale implementation of RES in CEEC.
